Text and Graphic Revisions
- On the Internet, go to your website.
- Print the pages that you want to change.
- Circle the text to be changed.
- Print the new text beside the old text, if there is enough space.
Otherwise,
- Write the number "1" next to text change "1".
- Write the number "2" next to text change "2", etc.
- Attach a printed copy of the text changes to be made
- Write the number "1" next to text change "1".
- Write the number "2" next to text change "2", etc.
- For graphic image additions or changes,
- Write a number or letter where you want the graphic to appear on the
current page.
- Write the same number or letter beside, or on the back of, the graphic
image.
Additional Web Pages for
Your Website
We can create a new web page that will match and link to your existing web
pages.
(It takes about 3 hours to design and code the new page, key the text, and embed
4 graphic images.)
- On the Internet, go to your website.
- E-mail

to link from.
- Write the text that introduces, and will link to, your new web page.
- Send the text and graphic images for your new web page.

- Electronic transmission (CD or e-mail) is the most
efficient.

View Your Updated Website
It usually takes just a few days to schedule your update and make your
requested additions and revisions to your website after we receive all of your
images and text. After your website has been updated, we will send you an
e-mail. You can make revisions or request changes to your site at no
charge. You have two weeks after the website update is completed to
approve the pages or request revisions.
